Shipping And Returns

We care about our customers and want you to be satisfied with the service and product(s) you receive, as such, each request will be taken on a case by case basis. We will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

Free Shipping for orders over $75

We are pleased to announce that we are offering free shipping for purchases over $75! Due to shipping and handling costs we need to set a minimum threshold for free shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Free Express Shipping to the West Coast for orders over $75

Orders over $75 deliver free with express shipping to AZ, CA, ID, NM, NV, OR, UT, and WA.

Shipping

Our warehouse is located in California and ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders placed before 7:00 a.m. PST will be shipped the same day (*delays may happen), all other orders will be shipped out the next business day. We are closed on weekends and federal holidays, orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped out the next business day. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses

Shipping couriers used are primarily USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We offer 2-4 day shipping if you need your formula faster*
  • We offer 1-2 day express shipping if you need your formula as soon as possible*
  • *We choose the best courier to give you the fastest delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify our support team immediately at support@mommyformula.com. We will do our best to work quickly as possible to cancel your order. When an order is placed, we do our best to ship it out in a timely manner. This allows all of our customers to receive their formula faster. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.

Replacements

Some babies react differently to different formulas. A certain formula might be the best for one baby but the worst for another baby. We totally understand if you are not satisfied with the formula you received. We will be more than happy to replace a product for you. Requests for a replacement of formula purchased through Mommy Formula must be made by contacting the Mommy Formula support team at support@mommyformula.com One replacement of equal or lesser value per customer is allowed for one opened product. Please have your order number and the product batch number on hand. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges to receive the new product from Mommy Formula.

Incorrect Product

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect product. We do our best to make sure every order is correct but these things do happen from time to time. Please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com right away. We will pay for the item to be shipped back to us. We will also send you the correct product right away, free of charge. In the rare case we are out of stock of the correct product, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Missing Product

We are terribly sorry if a product is missing. We do our best to make sure every order is accounted for. Please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com right away. We will send you the missing product free of charge right away. In the rare case we are out of stock of the missing product, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged Product

Please forgive us if a product you ordered arrives damaged. Sometimes during shipping the box/can may get damaged. We do our best to carefully pack and ship our products to you. If the damage compromised the contents of the formula please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement free of charge right away. In the rare case we are out of stock of the replacement, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. All of our products are perishable food items, and we must protect the integrity of our inventory for all of our customers. All of our products are authentic and we must prevent counterfeit or tarnished items being restocked into our supply. We do our best to protect the safety and security of everyone.
