We are pleased to announce that we are offering free shipping for all orders with 4+ Packs. Shipping can be expensive, we got you covered. When you shop with us, you can be confident that your order will be delivered as promised. We guarantee you will receive your order, or we'll make it right.

Shipping

Our warehouses are located throughout Europe (UK, Germany, Lithuania, and Netherlands) and ship within the contiguous United States and Hawaii. We do not ship to Alaska.
To allow sufficient processing and packaging time, orders will be shipped out the next business day upon placing your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Box Addresses.

Shipping couriers used are primarily DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We offer free shipping on 4+ Packs which will take approximately 2-5 business days.
  • We ship from Europe directly to your home. No more unnecessary middlemen.
  • Please place your order in advance as shipping delays may happen.
  • We will choose the best courier to give you the fastest delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com immediately. While we strive to process cancellations promptly, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation. Our cancellation cutoff time is 9 PM PST. Additionally, please be aware that a 3% fee will be applied to cover restocking fees, as our payment processor charges a non-refundable transaction fee for credit card payments. Even if we issue a full refund for your order, this cost is still incurred by us. Therefore, to account for this expense, we require a cancellation fee of 3%, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Replacements

At Mommy Formula, we understand that every baby is unique, and reactions to different formulas can vary. If you're unsatisfied with the formula you received, we're here to help. You're welcome to request a replacement product. Please note, for orders of 2 packs or more, we offer only one unit of formula (one box/can) per customer. If you're unsure about a formula's suitability for your baby, we strongly recommend ordering a single pack initially to assess compatibility. Requests for replacements can be made by contacting our support team at support@mommyformula.com. To facilitate your request, please have your order number available. Kindly note that shipping and handling charges for the replacement product are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Product

We sincerely apologize if we shipped you an incorrect product. We do our best to make sure every order is correct but these things do happen from time to time. Please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com right away. We will pay for the item to be shipped back to us. We will also send you the correct product right away, free of charge. In the rare case we are out of stock of the correct product, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Missing Product

We are terribly sorry if a product is missing. We do our best to make sure every order is accounted for. Please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com right away. We will send you the missing product free of charge right away. In the rare case we are out of stock of the missing product, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged Product

Please forgive us if a product you ordered arrives damaged. Sometimes during shipping the box/can may get damaged. We do our best to carefully pack and ship our products to you. If the damage compromised the contents of the formula please contact our support team at support@mommyformula.com as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement free of charge right away. In the rare case we are out of stock of the replacement, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please allow approximately three days for credit to appear on your statement.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns. All of our products are perishable food items, and we must protect the integrity of our inventory for all of our customers. All of our products are authentic and we must prevent counterfeit or tarnished items being restocked into our supply. We do our best to protect the safety and security of everyone.
