Learn More About Kabrita Organic Baby Formula
Another popular goat’s milk formula, Kabrita began as a specialist dairy farmer in the Netherlands over 100 years ago, and now produces a wide range of dairy products including formula. Like NannyCare, this formula still contains lactose, so is not advised for infants with a diagnosed cow's milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance, but may be suitable for mild digestive issues due to its casein protein composition, which is easy to digest.
Kabrita adds extra goat milk whey to maintain a more breast milk-like balance, which does cause its ingredient list and processing to be slightly more involved than Nanny Care. Kabrita also contains glucose syrup solids, derived from non-GMO corn, which act as a carrier for vitamins in the formula. While Kabrita toddler formulas are now for sale directly in the US, their infant formulas are still only sold in Europe. Like Nanny Care, they are not certified organic due to the limited global availability of organic goat milk.
